It all began in 2005 with 25 people today as God promised Calvary Temple is the biggest church in Andhra Pradesh and Perhaps fastest growing church in ASIA.
ALL THE GLORY HONOR BELONGS TO MOST HIGH GOD!
History of Calvary Temple:
A small church which was started with 25 people has become the biggest church in Hyderabad and fastest growing church in India with members of over 20,000 in just 4 and half years ………how???
It all began…..
In 1995, When I was praying and preparing for message to speak to small group of people. As I was reading the word of God, I could sense that God was speaking to me, my son Satish, I am going to bless you with biggest church in this city. I could not believe it, it is beyond my dream and understanding, I was not even a pastor at that time but I can say one thing that I was on fire for God preaching and reaching as as many souls as possible and willing to do anything for my savior, God confirmed his word through many promises and I shared this with my team members since then this has become our dream
We prayed for years yet nothing happened!!!
we fasted and prayed for many years and did our best to see that the promise of God will manifest in our lives, to our surprise nothing happen, absolutely nothing happened in our ministry. But we prayed, we prayed, we never doubted God though we saw nothing; I always told our team members that we will see the promise of Come true and we will have the biggest church in Hyderabad( 5th largest city in India)
10 years later….. Again God spoke to me in 2005… now is the time to start the dream church which I was telling you all these years… come on start, I followed the orders.
Hand of God started all
2005 June 5th Calvary Temple started in a rented hall on third floor at Kukatpally main road with 25 people with one service at 10 AM.
One year later..
2006 June we had over 500 people, since we were worshiping in a small hall we were force to have 3 service 8am, 11am and 7pm, new people started coming and the hall was packed with new comers and we had no option than to lease marriage function hall.
2007 Jan 1st we entered in to new premises called Naina gardens with over 1000 people. God started working in the hearts of people, hundreds of people started repenting of their sins, true conversions began, young people started changing their lives and ways. The work of God began in the lives of those who stepped in to Calvary temple.
2008 Jan 1st New Year celebrations took place with members of over 3000 in Calvary temple. God spoke to me that by the end of this year will shall have 8000 members in Calvary temple, now we had only 3000 and by the end of this 8000 members? Is it possible I don’t know but God said its going to happen and I announced it. God’s word started taking a shape, Even in a big garden we were forced to start 3 service on Sunday, that is 7 am, 9.30 am 12.noon,. Each service is packed with people coming from across the city.
2009, as God promised we entered in to New Year with over 8000 people, as we were thanking God for fourth birthday of Calvary Temple June 2009, again God spoke to me saying that by the end of this year we will have 18,000 people in Calvary Temple. I announced this on 4th anniversary service at Calvary temple among thousands of members, they all are amazed and started praising God for the miracle that is going to take place in few months.
2010, yes, we have seen the hand of God, Jan 1st 2010 more than 18,000 members gathered to worship the king of kings in Calvary temple. We can Imagine how CALVARY TEMPLE is blessed. Come and join the service and be blessed.
Now, over 20,000 people come together in four service, 6.00 AM, 9.00 AM, 12.00 Noon and 6.30 PM every SUNDAY.
Now in April 16, 2010 over 20,000 member + counting.
